Zenith Media are experienced Lithographic Printers based in Taffs Well, Cardiff. Established in 1993, Zenith employs 40 people across two sites in South Wales totaling over 35,000 square feet. Zenith Media prides itself in its professionalism, customer care and commitment to the environmental and employees.

Customer care

All of our clients no matter how large or small have a dedicated account manager that can offer guidance on each production. They will also provide proactive support ensuring our clients are always aware of the status of their production.

As an Investor in People company we have invested heavily in improving the communication and management skills of our estimators and account handlers. This allows us to maintain a very high level of customer retention by offering a professional service that encourages productive working relationships between us and the client.

Quality, the Environment and Health and Safety are at the forefront of the business strategy. Since August 2006 we've been fully accredited with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. We are fully committed to helping improve the environment as a whole, ensuring we minimise our own environmental impact. We also strive to maintain the highest possible standards of work to ensure every job meets our high quality standards.

In addition to our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System we have also expanded our EMS to meet the requirements of the Green Dragon Level 4 standard as well as FSC and PEFC Chain of Custody standards.
