Zenith achieve FSC and PEFC accreditation.

Zenith is now accredited to both FSC and PEFC Chain of Custody standards. This means that we can now claim where appropriate that our finished products are FSC or PEFC certified. We can achieve this by sourcing the appropriate paper from our suppliers who also hold FSC and/or PEFC accreditation, and by keeping a paper trial for certified jobs from quotation to invoice. This further bolsters our already strong Environmental Management System and will help towards further reducing the environmental impact caused by ourselves and our clients.

Zenith wins RCT Business Club Environmental Award

Zenith has won the Environmental Company of the Year 2008 award from the Rhondda Cynon Taf Business Club. The judges were impressed by the companies drive to minimise its waste and its ability to recycle a very high percentage. Another significant factor was our Environmental Management System which meets the requirements of ISO14001 and Level 4 of Green Dragon Standard.

Zenith's 2007 Recycling Statistics

• 600 tonnes of paper recycled.
  
• 12 tonnes of aluminium recycled.
• 4 tonnes of plastics recycled.
• 80Kg of printer consumables recycled.
• 200Kg of compact discs recycled.
• Reduction in collections of empty ink tins from 12 a year to 4.

During the first quarter of 2007 Zenith sent out a survey to its clients to find out exactly what they thought of our service. We were very pleased by the responses and have put together a summary of the results:

• 99% were satisfied with our ability to keep them informed on the progress of their work.
• 99% were very happy with the speed at which we produced their work.
• 99% were very pleased with the quality of our printing and finishing.
• 98% found our prices to be competitive.

We believe that these figures show our commitment to our customers and that we strive to match their expectations throughout the print process.
